HOW TO APPLY FOR A NBI CLEARANCE FOR THE FIRST TIME.

Go to the nearest NBI Regional/District Office. If you are in Metro Manila you can go to the following (see the list below). You can also visit the NBI Satellite Offices located at Quezon City Hall, Mandaluyong City Hall, Las Piñas City Hall, Alabang but before going to the said satellite office, try to call them in their respective contact numbers if they still accept applicants.
